Pat Stevens, American actress and voice actress (M*A*S*H, Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo), has died of breast cancer she was , 64

Patricia "Pat" Stevens [1] has died of breast cancer she was , 64. Stevens was an American actress, best known as the second actress to perform the voice of Velma Dinkley in Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoon series.

(September 16, 1945 – May 26, 2010)

Born as Patricia Szczepaniak in Linden, New Jersey,[2] she was known professionally as Pat Stevens. She voiced the character of Velma Dinkley from 1976 to 1979, leaving the show midway through Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo. She appeared in the recurring role of "Nurse Baker" on the CBS sitcom M*A*S*H during the same period (1976 to 1979).

Stevens died May 26, 2010, after a long battle with breast cancer in Massachusetts.[1] She was survived by her husband, Jess Nadelman and their two children, Sara and David, as well as six siblings.
